What happens next CANDIDATES INTERVIEWS ADMINISTRATION Your application will go to the local Jobcentre where a work coach will select a number of suitable young people who are at risk of long term unemployment and fit your job vacancy We liaise with the Jobcentre on your behalf and screen the candidates for you We ll help you decide which ones are suitable for interview We prepare the paperwork including Employee Handbook Employment Contract onboarding and training records We ensure there is a solid compliance trail on your behalf www Infinitasfoodsafety com

How will you get paid You will receive a contribution towards set up costs when the candidate starts This is to cover administration support and training This will be paid following a confirmed start date from the employer and verification from HMRC that the young person has been entered onto the payroll Our approved Gateway partner will apply to the DWP for the young person s monthly salary Wages are capped at 25 hours per week at minimum wage range for their age plus employer NI and pension contributions You can pay the young person if you chose to allow them to work over 25 hours Our approved Gateway partner receives the funds from the DWP and will reimburse you in full each month in arrears www Infinitasfoodsafety com

The job placements created with Kickstart funding must be for new jobs They must not replace existing or planned vacancies cause existing employees to lose or reduce their employment The roles you are applying for must be The Rules a minimum of 25 hours per week for 6 months paid at least the National Minimum Wage for their age group not require people to undertake extensive training before they begin the job placement Applications must include how the participants will develop their skills and work experience with www Infinitasfoodsafety com support to look for long term work once the placement ends support with CV and interview preparation training to develop their skills including teamwork IT skills timekeeping communication and voicing concerns as part of the role
